Baseline Infrared Survey & Inspection

A baseline infrared survey is used to establish and document the current condition of certain building systems at a specific point in time, which can be referred to and compared to surveys in the future. The baseline infrared survey is particularly useful for new construction of a building or building system. The baseline infrared survey can be used to check and ensure that a building or building system was properly constructed or installed before final acceptance of the project.
